Return and Refund Policy for Saishaa Web Traders Private limited

At Saishaa Web Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
